· 15+ years as a Real Estate Investor
· Multi-million dollar producer as a full-time Realtor since 2004
· Manage income producing properties generating a substantial gross annual income.
· Manage multiple fix/flip single family properties
· Involved in numerous types of real estate transactions including but not limited to Foreclosure/REOs, Short Sales, First Time home buying, Trade-Up buys, Estate sales, Down-sizing, Land acquisitions & sales.
Education & Designations
· Licensed Real Estate Agent
· Licensed Mortgage Broker (voluntarily inactive)
· CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert/Short Sale Specialist
· Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Specialist, Pace University, New York City
· Accreditation as Listing Master with the South Broward Board of Realtors
· e-Pro designation – (Certification for Internet Professionalism)
· GRI designation – (Graduate of Realtor’s Institute)
