This letter is to inform you of the extraordinary job that Mildred Giordani-Plummer did as a realtor. I had a condo that, at one point, I genuinely thought was unsellable. But Mildred was up for the challenge.
Since my condo was not selling and was incredibly upside-down, Mildred guided me and my husband through the process of a short -sale which presented tremendous challenges during a time when closing seemed impossible. If it weren’t for my faith, I would have called it quits. Mildred never gave up … even with her not knowing if her efforts would ever be financially compensated, she pushed forward.
I write this letter to share with you that Mildred is set apart. She’s different than other realtors in the best way possible. I’ve already recommended her to some of my friends and will continue to as long as she’s in the field of Realty. I’m very grateful for all the months she spent helping us and for all of her hard work. Thankfully, it paid off. We closed successfully a couple of months ago. I have thanked God many times for sending Mildred our way.
